All the paper we use is FSC-certified and carefully selected to meet high standards for quality, traceability, and responsible sourcing.
The production
Our production facility in Jordbro is powered by 100% renewable electricity, backed by guarantees of origin.
From forest to bag – and back again.
We give our customers the opportunity to contribute to reforestation through a simple add-on integrated into the production process.
Certificate & documents
Swedbag is certified according to the FSC® Chain of Custody standard, ensuring that the paper used in our carrier bags originates from responsibly managed forests. We place great value on this certification and work diligently to maintain it through annual audits and continuous compliance.

Swedbag has been manufacturing paper bags in Jordbro, outside Stockholm, since 1998. Everything is done under one roof — from raw paper to the finished bag. We are FSC-certified and a supplier to Sweden's leading retailers.
