In our factory in Jordbro outside Stockholm, we have been manufacturing paper bags since 1998. Here, we bring together printing, production, and converting under one roof – with full quality control at every step.We believe that a truly good bag does more than just carry goods. It carries a brand, creates an impression, and is used long after the customer has left the store.
We work closely with our resellers and customers, with short decision paths and great attention to detail. For us, it's not just about producing bags – but about creating products that truly get the job done.
Our history
Swedbag's journey began in the Swedish retail industry as early as the 1960s and has since been characterized by entrepreneurship, production, and a strong understanding of how bags are actually used in everyday life.
In 1998, production was established in Jordbro outside Stockholm, with the ambition to combine quality, printing, and efficient manufacturing under one roof. Over the years, the business has evolved with the market, focusing on sustainable materials, long-term relationships, and modern production solutions.
Today, Swedbag is a Swedish family-owned company that supplies paper bags to retailers and brands across several parts of Europe.
